Behind the filters, every aircon slowly packs its coil and barrel fan with dust, and in Sydney's humidity that layer grows mould — then blows it into the room every time the unit runs. A proper clean strips the coil, fan and drain back to bare metal, washes the grime out into a sealed bag, and finishes with an antibacterial treatment.

Common questions

What's included in an aircon clean?

Filters, coil, barrel fan and drain deep-cleaned, then the unit treated with an antibacterial sanitiser. The dirt washes out into a sealed bag — you'll see exactly what was in the air you were breathing. Before/after photos included.

How often should an aircon be cleaned?

Every 12 months for most homes — ideally in spring, before the unit works hardest. If it smells musty when it starts up, it's overdue.

Do you do regassing or repairs?

No — we specialise in cleaning and sanitising and never open the sealed refrigerant circuit. If your unit needs a regas or repair, we'll tell you straight and you'll want a licensed refrigeration tech.

How long does it take?

About an hour per split unit. Ducted systems take longer — we'll confirm when you book.
